Pan Sauteed Salmon with Mexican spices.  Served over mushrooms, onions, and  peppers with a cooling pineapple relish.

Swordfish Campeche

Fresh broiled swordfish fillet topped with baby shrimp, crab meat and avocados in a Madeira wine sauce.  Served with white rice and black beans.

Filetitos con Salsa de Champinones

Charcoal grilled fillet mignon wrapped in bacon with a very delicious mushrooms and cabernet wine sauce.  served with white rice, black beans and vegetables.

Lamb Fajitas

1/2 pound of Mesquite grilled Lamb served wiht Guacamole, Pico de Gallo, Mint Jelly, Mexican rice and Frijoles a la Charra.

Pollo en Salsa Madeira

Sauteed chicken breast topped with Madeira sauce, mushrooms, asparagus and Monterey Jack cheese.  Served over mashed potatoes.

Camarones con Salsa de Mango

Pan sauteed shrimp with a delicious Jamaican Mango sauce and vegetables. Served over rice.

Mar Y Tierra

6 oz Fillet Mignon and three jumbo shrimp roll-up with bacon marinated with herbs then Mesuite grilled to perfection.  Served with Mexican butter, grilled vegetables, Mexican Rice and Frijoles a la Charra.


Parrillada Combinada a la Barbacoa

Mesquite grilled Beef or Chicken fajitas with three Jumbo shimp and Very tender slow cooked BBQ ribs.  Served with guacamole, pico de gallo, Mexican rice and frijoles a la Charra.
